Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using XPG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

XPG is a gamified fitness application that converts real-world exercise into in-game progression. The App includes character classes, stat systems, skill trees, quests, achievements, leaderboards, dungeon combat, and social features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use XPG. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fabricated exercise data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage on leaderboards
• Harass, abuse, or send harmful content to other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Leaderboards & Fair Play

XPG maintains global and friend leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove users from leaderboards, reset progress, or suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent activity or manipulation of exercise data.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (usernames, friend codes). By using the App, you grant XPG a license to display your username and game statistics on leaderboards and within social features visible to other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All pixel art, sprites, game mechanics, UI design, and code in XPG are owned by XPG. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.

8. Availability & Changes

XPG is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Game mechanics, XP rates, and progression systems may be adjusted for balance.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

XPG is not a medical or fitness advisory service. The App does not provide health advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from exercises logged in the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPG and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or physical injury.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
